The Latest Punjab Civil Services Rules | PDF Download

Punjab Civil Services Rules are issued by the authority of Government of Punjab, Department of Finance, Chandigarh. These rules come in a set of four books which are basically 3 different volumes of Punjab Civil Services Rules defined as below:-

1. Punjab Civil Services Rules Volume 1 

This is the very first volume of Punjab Civil Services Rules. It has further two parts i.e Part 1 and Part 2.

Part 1 of this volume contains rules relating to Pay and Allowances, Leave, Joining Time and Other General Conditions of services.

Part 2 holds various appendices and forms mentioned in the rules of Part 1 of same volume. Actually it is the supplementary of Part 1.

2. Punjab Civil Services Rules Volume 2

The second volume of these volumes has rules relating to Pensions, Provident Funds and General Insurance Scheme. Its fourth edition is corrected upto 31st January, 2016. It is also issued by the authority of Government of Punjab, Department of Finance, Chandigarh.

3. Punjab Civil Services Rules Volume 3

The third volume of these rules deals with the Travelling Allowance Rules. Fifth edition is the latest edition of this volume which is corrected up to 31st January, 2016.
